THE CHOCOLATE ALCHEMIST

When the Christmas Eve flash floods swept through St. Lucia in 2011, it washed away Peter Gabriel's bakery. He refocused his passions towards chocolate and now heads up the Jade Mountain team as Chocolate Alchemist.
